Jay & Jerusha's Wedding Invitations

I was so excited when Jay proposed to Jerusha, and even more excited when they came to me wanting me to letterpress their wedding invitations. We started with a simple brainstorming call and Jerusha sent me some samples of one's she liked and some of her color choices. They are getting married in Florida under some old oak trees and Jay really wanted to highlight that. I also added in some detailing of iron rods to give it a more true and southern vibe.

After we did all the revisions, I ordered cuts and began the printing process. I ended up having to use a different press than expected, but it was really easy to print.

Here is the little cut we used for the RSVP business cards. Jay and Jerusha had an online RSVP so it wasn't necessary to have the full return card. It also saved a bit of money on extra envelopes for them.

I delivered these by hand so I could see the happy couple. I clearly need to get better at taking photos of my work, because these pictures don't do the invitations justice.

I also got to design their guest book.

And here is a gorgeous shot of the wedding invitation from their wedding two days ago! Congratulations Jay & Jerusha! I hope you have a very long and happy marriage.
