Letterpress Drink Me Coasters

One of the very first things I letterpressed was a coaster that said "DRINK ME." I was inspired by Alice in Wonderland. When I printed them, I also put my website on the back and left them around at bars in Richmond. I sold out (and hid them) very quickly but decided I needed to make more.

I have left the hand and text locked up on a galley on the board I use for teaching for years now. It’s a great example of pairing an image with text and I love the type so much. The hand can be tricky to print but I ahve gotten the swing of it after so many rounds of printing.
